        Jose was terrific; very helpful; great communicator; found a remanufactured part that saved me thousands of dollars. CTech went above and beyond what any shop has ever done for me, all with kindness and upfront communication. Over the past year, the dealer and several other mechanics just shrugged their shoulders at me, but now CTech has my 2014 Cadillac CTS running like a brand new car. I am very grateful. CTech gets an A+ rating from me!
