They only wanted to do business in a way that will grant them more money and wouldn't even consider an estimate for me. I wouldn't give a 1 star cause I haven't seen the actual work they do, which I'm sure is good work. The 2 star is for the customer service level that gave no explanation as to why they "would pass on that" when I called to discuss an estimate. I am by no means poor but I also like to do financially smart choices. When I asked if I could have them paint the front end(fenders, hood, and bumper) of a car that I would bring in fully off the car and already primed from the manufacturer and ready to be painted, I was given that response and that was it. I had to inquire why they wouldn't even give an estimate and the reply was that unless it's on the car they cant guarantee the work as the like to be able to take it off, work on it, and put it on. I dont own a auto body shop but I have worked at one in the past, there is no more a guarantee if you take it off or if a single peice is brought in. Aside from ensuring you can charge more money for the job of course. If half the work is already done for you I can't really see a reason past that and I did ask further how that made sense...no real answer was given other than he was sorry I didnt understand. Thankfully there are plenty of body shops in this area and they do help customers and they do explain how they do things.
