As a guy who is not very fond of the process of a photo shoot, I can confidently say that Juliana made the experience as enjoyable as one could be. Her professionalism and spontaneous creativity are well above par. We just finished our second shoot for our new daughter yesterday and have been very pleased with the finished product on both occasions.

Oh, Jules where do we even begin? We first met Jules when she was booked for my mother-in-laws small, intimate wedding. At that time, I had never seen any of her work before, but we were immediately drawn to her goofy, fun-loving spirit. I remember Jules sent my mother-in-law her wedding photo previews before we had even left the reception (like holy fast!!). That was the first time I saw any of her work and was absolutely floored by her talent and creativity. I immediately followed her on instagram and grew to absolutely love her style. Fast forward to a few months later and my [now husband] booked her to capture his surprise proposal to me (funny story- the day we got engaged, I was showing him photos of Jules work and said were definitely hiring her when we get married. Little did I know she was on her way to shoot our engagement.) Next, she shot our engagement session in Charleston; then when my neice was born, shot her newborn/lifestyle shoot in Washington, DC; then finally, my wedding in Baltimore. Our family has trusted her to capture every milestone in our lives, and never has she disappointed. On my wedding day, Jules made me feel so calm and at peace. She handled everything without issue- she helped me get dressed, directed the timeline, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be (all the while taking photos). Its like having a coordinator and photographer built into the same person. Shes funny and charismatic, quirky, kind, and comfortable to be around, but isnt scared to take charge and be direct when she needs to be. When it comes to the photos- well, just let the photos speak for themselves. They are true works of art. Ive had so many people come up to me and say they love how elegant and unique my wedding photos look when compared to what you might usually see. Whatever your occasion may be, there is no one else I would ever recommend more than Juliana. We love her so much and look forward to the many more photoshoots we will be having with her in the future. xx

Juliana is very fun, smart, and easy to get along with! She is so easy to coordinate with and we had such a good time getting to know her. We ultimately decided to choose our friend to photograph our wedding, but I had such a good experience coordinating with and getting to know her that I had to share a review.

Where do I even start? From the beginning of our booking with Juliana, she was so personable and answered any/every question we may have had. The photographer for our wedding was the most important aspect to me for my wedding day and I truly loved her style from the beginning. She quickly became a close friend and I ended up having her do many shoots for me even before our wedding. She truly captured our personalities and I loved every second of working with her. Her turn around time was so impressive with every shoot we did together. I loved how not only was she capturing moments, she makes them artistic and one of a kind. Our wedding photos are something I will cherish for a lifetime and I am so grateful for her and her talents. I will recommend her and have recommended her over and over again to anyone looking for a talented photographer for any of life's big (and small!) moments.
