        Anna has been a great representative. Very helpful and she got me to cancel my optimum service after finding out I was being rip off. I called them to check my speed and I was found out I was being overcharged by $40. I cant wait for the installation. Thank Anna

        We were already looking into switching to Frontier & were so happy when Alex came to our house and got everything set up for us! We got to significantly lower our bill and feel taken care of by the service that Alex provided to us. Its such a relief to know that I have someone I can contact if issues do ever arise.
