        Young lady at the front desk couldn't do enough to be sure we felt welcome. Beautiful lobby .. Great restaurant. Immaculate throughout. Can't say enough. We'll be back!

        I really enjoyed this hotel! Its a great location to Hershey park, clean, great for families and the room we chose for our family was ideal. My only complaint was the pool was definitely not heated enough. My son was shivering the whole time (hes 3) and loves being in the water but it was not nearly warm enough to really enjoy. Otherwise, the staff works hard to keep the whole hotel clean, towels stocked, and brings you whatever you need fast!
