Williamsburg Estates

Thin walls. Very loud heat, like way too loud. Management isn't the best, multiple friends who visited from hours away have had their cars towed MULTIPLE times from just staying one night and they never want to come back because of it. They seem to just want the $ they get for calling in the tow, shame. If you have no friends to visit you, don't mind thin walls where u hear your neighbors conversations & heat so loud you have to triple your TV volume when it turns on, then this is place for you! There's plenty of other places out there... the pool is why the extra star or it'd be one.

Beautiful and quiet area and close to stores. The apartments themselves are outdated. We were told ours was being renovated before we moved in so we would have all new appliances, but when we moved in the stove door and drawer were rusty (and still are). This was brought to the office's attention and nothing was done yet. The furnace and heater are truly a jet engine going off, can't hear the TV whatsoever, and have to essentially go outside or in the kitchen to talk on the phone, absolutely crazy. The walls are paper thin we can hear our neighbors talking who are above us. The gym is small and has old nasty equipment in there. Office staff is super kind but maintenance is unpleasant. For $1526 a month for rent for a 2 bedroom apt, not worth it. You're better off looking for a house with a mortgage and more space. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because of only having to pay for electricity and internet, and no pet fees.

Don't move here if you want to have peace, it doesn't leave the tenants alone with stupid constructions
