        If you need help, don't bother calling this store. I called 4 different times in an hour, and I was kept on hold, 10 to 15 minutes each time while being reassured they were getting an associate to help me, a total of 50 to 60 times. I've been a Lowe's card holder for quite some time, but I called Home Depot, they assisted me right away, so I went there. I think corporate will be hearing from me also.
