A close.friend of mi.e has had nothing but problems with them. They harass him about rent before its due and ignore his maintenance request because his heat has been stuck on for a week. It was over 90 at one point.

My husband passed away suddenly and sadly Dec 11, 2023. I couldn't afford the rent at our townhouse so I gave a 60 day move out notice and a copy of my husband's death certificate. But the owners still are charging me $1225 for a break lease fee. With the $485 for carpet cleaning fee which I knew was being applied although seems high I obviously am not getting any security deposit back and still owe them $760. We would NEVER have broken the lease if my husband hadn't passed and I moved out of town. No empathy for people in terrible, sad situations! They just added to my sadness.

The staff is responsive and helpful. Anytime I call, or come in, Maria answers my questions with patience and clarity. Brandon does a fantastic job coordinating repairs. The service professionals they work with are respectful and considerate. Special kudos to Austin and Eli from Trim-Tek Plumbing! Their expertise and dedication has been invaluable in resolving plumbing issues promptly.

Stay away from Lantern Lane townhomes in Chambersburg at all cost. My brother in law passed away recently and they are forcing my sister to pay a $1,200 fee for breaking the lease! She cannot afford the unit since her husband died. She gave them 60 days notice but they are still requesting the ridiculous fee. Unreal. The only thing they understand is the almighty dollar. Have you heard about Karma? No empathy whatsoever. Horrible people.

Got an 855$ electricity bill just for the month of February. Contacted i360 to get in contact with my property owner. I posted a review last week and was told that it would be discussed. Have not heard back at all. I said I was willing to pay the bill as long as an electrician was sent out to audit the property and determine why the bill was so high. I will update this review if I ever hear back, although at the this point it is doubtful. Would really not recommend dealing with or renting through this company. Even with more than half of my heaters running, the property was still frigid. I was assured that this bill was "normal" and that it was my fault for not wanting to freeze as to why the bill was so high. Electricity bills are public knowledge, but who the hell would expect it to be basically the same amount as rent. Other houses in the area have bills less than half of what this property does and i360 and the owner basically sees no problem with that from what I can tell. Edit: Brandon from i360 has been incredibly helpful and kind. Within one call he scheduled a electrician to come check out my property.
