        I had a fabulous experience renting from Burkentine Properties. The whole process was pretty smooth, I really felt like they went out of their way to work with me and meet my needs. I'd especially like to recognize Dane, who went above and beyond to get us into our new home. I can't say enough positive things about the leasing agents or how beautiful our new place is.

        One star is entirely too much. This place gets zero stars. Ive never left a bad review for a place ever but this place is terrible. We were given the wrong address on our lease and nobody contacted us to let us know. We ordered a bunch of items only to realize this. Were unable to receive mails. We called and were told we dont have mailboxes and theres no ETA. How are we supposed to live in a place and not receive mails? Management does not care. The move in process was horrible and theres a lot of ongoing construction. Run far away!!! Do not rent. Youve been warned! Theyre renting out homes that arent ready!
