        I had left a great review four years ago but since then the gate has been broken since may. There have been multiple break ins, including my unit, yet the gate remains broken. I sadly no longer recommend this business.

        When I put my things in storage, it was after hours. I had time constraints. I took the Uhaul over and my gate code wouldn't work. The office was closed, so I couldn't get help. Super inconvenient and costly. When I retrieved my items, so many things were ruined due to rats. Not mice...RATS!!!! I had two mattresses that had half of the material eaten out of them, boxes eaten through and so much property damage. The bottom corner of the door in the unit had been chewed through, leaving an exposed corner to the unit.
