T-Force Freight (Formerly UPS Freight)

Had an interview for a supervisor position there back on January 10th. Everything went great. I was told to hear back within a week. It's almost April, and I haven't heard anything. I tried calling, and it would go to voice-mail, and when they do pick-up, the manager is in a meeting. That went on for 4 weeks, so I applied elsewhere and am now in training as a supervisor. For future reference, please work on your communication skills and not have for people sitting around waiting on you.

They never answer their phone, , it pass 6 day after the delivery date and we still didnt receive it, and on top of it they lie to saying one thing , and next day they will tell you in your face that they never said it, dont work with them,

Shipment is completely destroyed,cans insurance is being a nightmare

Several time's now we've had engines for customers sitting at there dock waiting for over a week before they delivered they say because we're rural which is b/s we're 80 miles up a main interstate ,we get deliveries everyday for other companies.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you like your freight lost, damaged or just to sit in their warehouse with zero desire to service their customers. Ive had product sitting in their warehouse for over a week with no one in the terminal to answer the phone or give a delivery date. If this is customer service, then they may need to take some new classes. T-Force is garbage! If there was a way to give them zero stars, I would. 5 shipments in the last 30 days, theyve damaged 3, lost 1 and now this one just sitting there.
