Super 8 by Wyndham Central Pt Medford

Fun place to stay however no lifeguard therefore no going on slide at the swimming pool.

No issues, everything from check in to check out was great. Stay here if you want a good night's sleep without any problems. They have a pool for the kids, peace and quiet for the adults and breakfast for all. Rooms: Good size with comfy beds.

I stayed for 2 weeks. Both weeks I had mystery charges that they said was "for the future." I hadn't made future reservations. The first week was $295 that was eventually refunded. They second was for $221, I'm still waiting for that refund. I still have 2 months to stay in Medford but I won't stay another night at Super 8. 2 stars just because it had a bed and it didn't rain inside the building. Rooms: Tiny room. The volume stopped working on my TV but nobody came to fix it. 4 days with TV, 10 days without. Thankfully I had my tablet but the Wi-Fi drops quite frequently. Obviously, I wasn't happy with my stay.

Extremely disappointing stay at the super 8 in Central Point, Oregon! We booked this hotel for a one-night stay on our vacation because of the pool slide. There were at least 3 hotels in the area with better accomodations and indoor swimming pools but the kids were super excited about the slide. Then we got an email at 3:15 in the afternoon on the day of our booking saying that the slide was closed. There was no lifeguard on duty, the hot tub was broken, one of the queen beds in our room was broken and the second one didn't even have a bed frame and the mattress was just laying on the floor and the room reeked of curry powder. After our disappointing pool experience the night before we ask the front desk if the pool is going to be open at 9:00 in the morning like their sign said and they said it wouldn't be till 10:00 in the morning so we stayed late so the kids could swim a little bit before our check out at 11:00. When we got to the front desk they said the pool wouldn't be open till 1:00 in the afternoon. The people in the room next door to us arrived to their room and the bathroom counter was covered with someone else's shaving cream and razors and all of their bathroom supplies so they asked to be moved to a different room. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. If there was a half a star I would give it.....

The breakfast service was not the best. There were not many options. The staff, despite speaking your same language, did not do so.
