        Disappointed with sally and everyone at Illume property management. Their failure to rent out my property led to financial loss. Poor communication and hidden fees added to the frustration. Switched companies and had my property rented within a week at a better rate that they offered with only 100 management fee per month . Avoid if you value your property and peace of mind.

        Dont even bother with this PM. Scheduled a showing with themat one of their properties waited around 20 minutes at the property waiting for someone to show up no one did! Not to mention attempted to get into contact with someone at their office through a phone call rather then the automated texts I was receiving but was sent straight to voicemail everytime!! Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time dont even bother wasting your time with them!!!!!
