Mr. Rice is a disgrace to his industry. I was a customer for several years. When my financial advisor recommended that I switch tax consultants,
we noticed two forms missing from my previous taxes under the property area. I had already payed him 650.00 each of the two years to have my taxes prepared. When I called his office, he had a sour grapes attitude and tried to tell me I owed him for a bill for consultation...a bill he never sent me...a year had passed. When I tried to pay him by credit card over the phone just to get the documents, he refused and made me drive 2 hours in rush hour traffic to pay him in cash. Those papers,mind you, were already mine and paid for. He does not even deserve one star.

Andrew has been my CPA for the past several years. I cannot imagine a better CPA to have on your side.
