Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Siow,Slow,Slow!!!! At best low quality expensive food. I have really enjoyed Popeyes over the years at different locations I don't know what happened here. Maybe they should go to KFC down the street and get some badly needed OJT. It's a shame this place was a gold mine when it first opened now it's circling the drain.

Forgot our chicken sandwich after 10min in line. Not the best experience or food we have had. Feel it's over rater especially for price.

I've never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism at a fast food establishment before. The wait time for something as simple as a box of chicken tenders exceeded an hour. The state of the kitchen was deplorable, with clutter everywhere, and shockingly, sauce bottles were left on the floor. The staff seemed to disregard the customers waiting at the counter, some of whom were seeking to place orders or request refunds. Additionally, delivery drivers from DoorDash were kept waiting for upwards of 45 minutes for small orders. It's imperative for the well-being of the business and customer satisfaction that improvements are made swiftly, either through a complete staff retraining or a thorough management overhaul, to ensure the staff is effectively fulfilling their duties rather than aimlessly moving around the kitchen without completing orders.
