Gresham Toyota

My husband and I just purchased a 2022 Toyota 4 Runner last night and we LOVE it! This is our 5th time purchasing form Gresham Toyota. We have always had a great experience but last night our experience was exceptional. We had the pleasure of having Shig Kobayashi as our salesman and he was phenomenal!!! The buying experience was quick, easy, and fun! I apologize that I can't remember the gentleman in finance's name (he's helped us several times) he is amazing as well. I will highly recommend Gresham Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They hands down know how to treat a customer and make them happy! Thanks again for the gorgeous 4 Runner!! :)

Thanks for looking for damage to my truck after a failed theft to my fuel line. At a moment's notice with no charge. Luckily, no major damage. The spot check gave me peace of mind.

If you’re unsure about checking out a car here don’t be. I just picked up a challenger here. The the entire staff was super helpful and nice. Everyone made sure I had a great experience! I have gone to a few dealerships before and none had a staff and terrific as this. I highly recommend. I was helped by Brooke Batten. She was super helpful and there was never a dull moment if you ask for her you’ll be in great hands highly recommend. I don’t usually write reviews but she had such nice customer service I just had to! She will have you smiling and laughing the whole time.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! Reached out about selling my car, was called by Justin Phillips. Told him the price I was looking for and he said it was doable but they wanted to inspect the car in person. Set a "VIP Meeting" to come in (30 minutes drive each way from where I live) so they could appraise it fully. When I get there they take my key and go into the back office. About 5 minutes pass and she comes back out asking what the KBB is. I said about 27-29K. She disagrees and says it's only 24.5K. I look the value up on my phone WHILE SHE WATCHES to verify the amount was as I stated. She says "Well they must be looking at a different KBB". WHAT???? Meanwhile my car is sitting in the same spot, no one even bothered to go look at it, let alone do an "inspection". SERIOUSLY. THEY DIDNT EVEN WALK OUTSIDE. If this was how they "appraise" a vehicle, why drag me into the dealership when I could have just sent them photos? That's over an hour of my life I won't get back. EDIT TO MY REVIEW - I've changed this review to 4 stars from one because the sales manager, Josh Wilcox reached out to me immediately and offered to make things right including an increase in the offer to what I was looking for. He apologized and seemed sincere in that. Not something you see every day at a car dealership. Next time we're in the market to purchase a Toyota we will make Gresham Toyota one of our first stops.
