Miguel's Mexican Cuisine

I came across Miguel's on Door dash and I'm so glad that I decided to give them a try! Easily some of the best Mexican food that I've had here in Corvallis and it reminds me of what I grew up eating in California. Good prices and generous portions. I especially love the mole enchiladas. Even the rice and beans on their own are super flavorful! Thanks Miguel's!

Miguel's was a fantastic food truck, and now they're a fantastic hole-in-the-wall pick-up spot. It's not the easiest to find, but it was well-worth weaving through the hall to find them waiting with our food and a smile. The enchiladas are solid, the mole is solid, the prices are solid, and the portions are solid.

The best spot in corvallis!! Ive never been disappointed by anything from the menu! Miguel himself is also one of the most wholesome people Ive ever met and is so excited to be there!

I've done takeout at Miguel's about four times now and I'm never disappointed. He serves big portions of fresh ingredients - all very promptly. I recommend the spinach & mushroom chimichanga for the vegetarians out there!
