I picked this storage unit because they had the only available 10 x 10 in town. I called the number to make a reservation and the person on the phone told me they could only do a military discount in person. This would normally be fine, except there was no person staffing the office that day. I called the help desk and they assured me there was supposed to be someone there. I returned 3 times throughout the day to try and meet an employee but no one ever showed up. I finally called the help desk and decided to pay the full price for the unit because I was on a time sensitive move. The code that they gave me after paying full price did not work. I gave it a few hours but had to call again and spent over half an hour on the phone trying to find a code that would get me access to the storage unit I had already paid full price for. Someone eventually contacted the regional manager and got me a master code. The whole experience was a colossal and unnecessary pain. The only reason I am giving this more than one star is because every customer service rep I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful.
