Great service and knowledgeable staff. We inadvertently arrived after they closed, but the owner and 2 staff members were kind enough to help us complete our purchase, troubleshooting our supply needs along w/ suggesting a sun-hardy bamboo variety. We'll be back, thanks!

We purchased three large bamboo from Will for an instant privacy screen between our house and our neighbors. Will took awesome care of us teaching us a lot about bamboo. However, I must have zoned out a little bit because I didn't pay attention when he was talking about watering the bamboo and began to die not too long after getting home. I usually just YouTube or Google information but I decided to shoot Will an email and he responded with awesome information on when to water, how long to water, when to transplant, how to transplant, when to add nutrients, and the bamboo came right back to life. I followed up that email with another one regarding if I should put rock in the big planter I bought for drainage and add drain holes to the galvanized steel tank I bought for a planter and he provided a lot of thoughtful information. If you make the trip to Bamboo Oasis pack a lunch because you were in for a day of learning and information galore. Will is VERY knowledgeable on the topic and VERY helpful. I'm really glad we decided to go to the Bamboo Oasis versus a big box store because I got the help I wanted the information I needed and was able to send emails with follow-up questions that were responded to.

Dave and Will are genius bamboo connoisseurs, craftsman & wranglers!  They're both incredibly thoughtful human beings; Extremely hard working and create unforgettable art in each area they explore and create! - With regard to the previous not so happy reviews... We should keep in mind that it was during COVID and the entire planet was trying to figure out how to best maintain work, health and family. I for one support local, family owned and operated businesses and am happy to extend grace towards others whenever possible.  Especially in such a difficult time for small business owners. - My absolute favorite bamboo is the black bamboo! (I still need some in the clinic!)  It is absolutely stunning and if you're ever fortunate enough to see Bamboo Oasis in the evening, the lights are spectaular! -Cheers!
