I used to manage a rental house in another state myself. Real Property Management Assurance is the first property management company I work with. I should say that it is a great experience. Robert and Joyce are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, both of them can speak Chinese, and it makes so much difference in communication! I am also impressed by the wonderful team work.

Joyce, Robert, Nolan and Nicole are fantastic! They helped us whenever we needed it (like showing us how to adjust the electronic thermostat) and gave us great guidelines for moving out. World class . Of course, we don't want to get ahead of ourselves - we haven't gotten the deposit back yet but we worked hard cleaning amd trimming the yard so I'm optomistic . You WILL be happy with the Real Property Management company!

Robert and Joyce are truly wonderful to work with. We have not been tenants for long, but we are impressed. They are very quick to respond and genuinely nice people. Plus, our home was in perfect condition on move-in. Thank you guys so much.

Joyce and Robert were very helpful in getting me approved for a rental leas. I had some circumstances that required extra attention and effort. Not everyone was willing to do this when I was looking for a new place. They listened and put in the extra effort. Since then, I just completed a lease for 2.5 years with Joyce and Robert as property managers. They know what they're doing. Their policies and processes are well established and documented to ensure expectations are clear and understood, demonstrating both experience at what they do and operational maturity. I've also worked with one of their employees for some needed repairs, and that was a great experience too. Based on my experience, I'm confident that anyone who works with Joyce and Robert will have a positive experience.
