They closed changing rooms and don't allow returns. If they adopt fairer policies I'll update my review. Updated response: I realize you do good things for the community and that's great. It would be a more equitable shopping experience for low income shoppers if you either opened your change rooms OR allowed for returns/exchanges of clothing that doesn't fit. July Update: 5 star review from me now because they've reopened their changing rooms.

Such a great place! My favorite part about it is the atmosphere of encouragement and kindness it fosters between everyone, especially the ladies, there. There is a one dollar rack thats fun, the pants rack is cheap and I happened to come on a day where there was a bunch of sales so it was a blast! Thank you to everyone that volunteers and helps run this organization!

Thank you for shopping with us Taylor. We have increased our efforts to improve store security, resulting in the closing of our dressing rooms. This 501(3)C all volunteer organization with high quality and low priced donated goods uses thrift and consignment shop proceeds, grants, and community donations to provide new clothes for more than 4,000 area school children living in poverty. We also supply new clothes for victims of assault at 17 medical facilities, scholarships to students pursuing education in the trades and activities for students living in a treatment center. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
