Was here for I-693 They were courteous and quick. The receptionist went out of her way with kindness to make sure I had everything I needed and the doctor has a very nice bed side manner.

I came in for my greencard medical exam. She is very nice and friendly! Her fees are the cheapest among Portland area and she tried to build her cost through insurance as much as possible! I got my medical documents very fast! I strongly recommend her for green card medical exam!!

This has been the most inhuman and humiliating experience I have ever had with a Dr. It took like 30 minutes for her to show up and receive me. I was already in the consultation room when I heard her tell her receptionist that she was going to go for coffee first I guess her receptionist told her there was already a patient and she wasnt happy because she came storming in, didnt introduce herself, didn't even say hello. She sat down to jot stuff down in her paperwork. She asked me for my vaccination records and immediately rejected them without even decently going through them because they were in Spanish. She walks out and while shes gone I put away all the documents she said wouldnt work. When she comes in she asks me where the documents were (?!?!) so she makes me take them all out. Then she tells me in a horrible tone that shes trying to help me and that I am coming with an attitude I try to explain or at least communicate myself that I am not understanding the process and she doesnt let me finish and tells me to not talk back at her I was so confused about the process. And I needed communication from myself and from her and yet she wouldnt allow me. A Dr. should help patients feel better, not make them feel worthless and unheard. I had to get my lawyer call them back to get a detailed explanation because I didnt receive a clear instruction of what I needed and why I needed it. No one should ever feel the way I felt coming out from that appointment. If you are doing your medical check for USCIS, DO NOT go here. Shes awful, doesnt explain, doesnt tell you whats going to happen in this process and simply doesnt acknowledge you as a human being. It was NOT my fault you didnt get your morning coffee. You cant treat people like this. You shouldnt be a doctor. Learn to be curious. Not judgmental. You do not know what I was going through to be treated the way I was treated by you today.
