        I definitely move to At&T or T mobile 0 star horrible management, two ladies who are working there as managers are the worst ones to help and before I even explain my situation and before even they look at my phone online she was jumping on me to try not to help , what kinda customer service is that I never experienced anywhere else

        Berenice was not able to deliver a good customer service, except she just want to brush me off to get to her cellphone. I was waiting to explain my options but every time she just not wanting to explain, but fortunately I already know my options from the previous experience on the online chatting, So I had to bring those options to to explain. Well sorry verizon you are about to lose 5 lines.

        Best customer service I have ever experienced at any business. Faith went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I live 30 minutes away from this store but Ill make the drive for any future dealings with Verizon. When you find a place that genuinely cares then why go anywhere else.
