        Maintenance guru Nick solves all our problems fast! Apartments show their age and have some pretty rough spots but at least Nick is always fixing whatever might get in our way. Keep it up!

        This place is uncomfortable, they dont have any free parking you need to pay for that., so your garage is your parking That's super disgusting, need more space to parking inside the neighborhood, need to do something as soon as possible. Reconstruc green reas or something like this for DO more parking spaces. Is super hight price dont have parking .

        Overall I have enjoyed living here the last 3 years. Rent never goes up more than about $80 a year which is honestly really good for this economy in my opinion. Management and maintenance are really responsive. Nick with maintenance is extremely fast, kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond when it comes to maintenance so that is a huge plus. The complex is pretty quiet most of the time, no one really bothers you and everyone is nice. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the guest parking situation (very limited) and that the gym is no longer 24/7. But other than that I do recommend this complex!
