        Being new to the area, it was not easy trying to find a water softener installer that I truly felt comfortable with. The interaction with Infinity plumbing (Jared specifically) was very easy, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable especially since the quote was more reasonable. They did a fantastic job, highly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

        From the moment you call and talk to Natalie until the time Jared gets your problem fixed, it's nothing but upbeat, friendly, kind energy. I had a bit of a miscommunication issue but Jared was so nice and professional and definitely made our "poopy day" better!
