Kyles team made it happen when others couldnt! We shopped around with one of our great pals & our credit union before landing what should have been our first choice. Our approval letter came in with our lending power and we immediately scavenged the market for a home & found one within a week! Team BMG(Bradley Mortgage Group) stayed in close communication every step of the way, making sure we were on task and submitting every document we needed for a 30-day smooth close. We couldnt be more grateful to have this team lead us to the closing table as my family is buying our first home! Kyle and his team have been such wonderful people to work with. As first time home buyers, they made the process so smooth and easy from start to finish. As busy as Kyle is, he took a lot of time to check in with me and talk me through what he was seeing in such a turbulent market and how we could time our rate lock to achieve the best rate possible. I certainly plan to use them again for a refinance or home purchase in the future.
