I have tried to order from these people 3 different times based on what they have on their website. Each time I received a call with them telling me they could not fulfill the order and they were canceling it!! Why are you still in business? I mean you should have offered me another product! Instead you just cancel it. But the real question is why do you never have anything available? Do not order flowers from these people! I try to buy local but instead this happens! So I have to buy from 1-800 flowers! They have never told me they couldnt fulfill an order! Move on and dont order from these people!

Ordered flowers online Friday for same day delivery and received a confirmation. Flowers were never delivered. I called Monday and they said they had cancelled my order because of weather. I never received anything notifying me they cancelled. I told her I didn't want to cancel and if she could reinstate my order to deliver at their earliest convenience that would be great. She told me they could not reinstate my order and did not offer to take an new order from me. I told them I would call someone else.

Never delivered my flowers, when I called they said they didnt have them in stock so they called another florist to complete the order. Called that florist and they said they werent even open that day. Call the florist again and they don't even pick up the phone. At least they didnt charge me.
