The first pic is what I ordered. The second pic is what they sent. My name was not included anywhere on it but I could be wrong for not signing the card. They did provide the plant timely and at a very reasonable price. I just wish it would have had closer to all the plants that I picked out online. I will try them again for any future orders.

The flowers looked great. Unfortunately they were not delivered the date scheduled. No one reached out about a change in delivery date, or that the original date would not have worked. I would look elsewhere if you need flowers delivered on a specific day!

Trying to get ahold of anyone in this shop is impossible. I called multiple times and never was able to speak to someone until the 5th time. I also stated on the order that they needed to be delivered before 3 and they were not. When I called asking for a status update, all I was told was, "They will be there by 5, that's all I know."

9 roses is not a dozen. Wilted ,mismatched, poorly arranged fillers. Some of the arrangement contained dead flowers. I got them Saturday. Today is Tuesday and I had to throw half out. Not alot of thought went into this arrangement and you totally cut corners at my husband's expense. I would recommend for people to go elsewhere. Update.. They never tried to make it right. Ever. edit you still suck.

I never received my order. I also have never got a manager to call me back for a refund. Ive left messages with people in store and with their third party call service. I even tried to go into the store and it was closed at 2:00pm on a Friday.
