        My experience was absolutely horrible. As soon as I walked in, I was met with frowning faces and horrible attitudes. The young girl at the counter that help me was the rudest Ive ever met and I just cant believe that she has a job there. Then they brought out the head honcho named Jenny. Ive never met a more hostile person in my whole life. She was rude, imperious, condescending, and a horrible leader. Thats not even mentioning how uneducated she came off. She couldnt lead the people that were under her and it showed. Ive never been in a bank this unprofessional in my life I walked out and Im never going to attempt to bank with vast bank ever in my life!!

        We have been banking with VAST Bank (formerly Valley Natl Bank) since 1982. VAST handles our checking accounts, savings, money market and LOC. Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We frequently use the 61st & 169 location. (Shout-out to Jenny, Casey and Savannah!)
