Terrible experience, moved into one of the south end large brick homes,. Considering the home was older the up was horrible,. I've been in building maintenance for 20+ years, understand how things work, lotus advisors isn't going to use there own money to repair what the owners should be paying for, Steve worked with me I can say but it's was stressful. There were so Many Rats coming inside the house the were eating holes out of the wall from the bathroom and basement completely flooded every time it rain, basement was full of rain and spider and bugs coming in from everywhere , trees were fruit tree and branches were falling all over the house. Yard cost me 350 to do first cut and 150 every two weeks,. This place was just falling apart. No maintenance to the home the 4yrs not even touch paint after two years.

Terrible I lived in a townhome on Cambrian drive Columbus Ohio the place is nice however the property manager Alexis is the worst ever false accused no evidence me of smoking inside my home well knowing I have 3 kids told them to come and check if they need to litteraly ignored me like who does that anyways never and I mean never answer calls or messages there are big rats running around the place and few of my neighbors have rat infestation inside their unit as much as Im in known never got fixed they never got rid of them always treated me with no respect and full of attitude Im a USA citizen and I know my rights someone would always take my trash and I would have to call 311 and wait long to get a new one better management would fix this place wonderful place with not so much wonderful people working the only person I could probably say do good is their plumber and thats about it while thats their property manager I would not recommend moving in they wont give you any respect or importance

Would not rent to me after they asked about my family situation and I told them I have children. Alexis tried to lecture me about how many bedrooms I needed. I have done some research and found out what she told me was discriminatory. I have copies of all the emails and will let the appropriate people know about the issue .

We have been living in one of the townhomes since the beginning of 2021. Alexis is really nice and responds to all my emails/ texts. Maintenance requests are met very fast. I would highly recommend this place if you want to move in with a family.

I read these reviews and decided to ignore them but they turned out to shed light on the situation. Went to look at an apartment and was told/saw on Zillow that the rent was 1395. After looking at it and saying how much I liked it, filled out the app and called Alexis to see if they were in the office. She said she was glad I called and informed me that the tent was now 1425 per the owners instructions. After thinking about this information, I called her back and asked why they were only telling me this now to which she couldnt give a response. Was also very much pressured into paying by cash or Zelle (neither of which have purchase protection) for my app fee. DO NOT rent, they will bait and switch you!!
