        Please DO NOT move in Hayden reserve, Lincoln point or any ardent community properties. I have been living in my apartment for two years and the leasing office manager is so money hungry. They will charge you for anything they possibly can. We have two days to pay rent and after the two days there is a ridiculous late fee. All apartments have mold, which they seem to think is normal and put in the lease that it is our job to clean up mold that was here before we moved in. They threaten to evict you for almost nothing. They are so vile and just disgusting human beings.

        Came by to view these apartments and colton was amazing! The tour he gave us of the inside of the two bedroom was amazing. Everything is built to the tenants convenience. It is beyond beautiful. Thank you so much colton! We look forward to being future tenats at ardent communities! Definitely recommend for anyone else to apply here

        This is by far the worst company. I liked them in the beginning all they do is build communities and sale them off. The new management they sale to is trash. So if you dont want to move somewhere and go through a lot of management dont go with ardent.
