        Really nice staff, my mother bought me a nice brand new cello and I would come here to get my cello fixed. However, I've been to this place five times for my cello and they keep messing up the pegs. First time they made the holes to Big so then they kept on getting loose and it wasn't holding the strings properly or keeping it tuned. We went there again to ask them to fix it took them 5 months to get it "fixed", and every time we came back to get it fixed and every single time we got it back same issue is as if it was just sitting in the back room collecting dust. And we paid them around 70-150 to get them fixed so I do not trust them to fix anything the only reason why I'm giving them a three is because the staff is really nice that is all.
