I attended an online workshop with TekSupportSpy just to do one on one training with my computer. I wanted to learn how to fix my performance with my computer. I have a dell Inspiron laptop and the TekSupportSpy representative showed me a lot of things about increasing my computers performance. It was all on zoom and through a Zoho remote program so he could see my computer. We went over increasing virtual memory, deleted the windows temp folder, running a virus scan and clearing out web cash. He even had me download teamviewer to my phone so I could show him something that he couldn't see through the Zoho and he was able to help me. I'm writing this to share my experience. Thank you to Teksupportspy, I learned a lot.

I am trying to start my own business and I needed help with creating my website, ideas, and how to navigate through my new computer. Im not very tech saavy nor do I have the time to figure it out on my own. I found Teksupportspy and signed up for one of classes. They took the time to remote into my computer and show me how to use windows. He went step by step and made sure I knew what I was doing!! I am so excited for this and will definitely use them for my future endeavors! Thank you Teksupportspy!!! Oh and guys they have really cool gear you can purchase on Teksupportspy.com.
