I have just recently moved into the fairway lakes community and from the moment I went to view the apartments before applying to move in the leasing office team had been super welcoming and helpful; they were able to answer all of my questions and were very informative and patient with me. My neighbors are awesome and so far its been a pleasant neighborhood to live in with plenty to do around the area within a 10-15 min driving distance. The best part is that its pet friendly as well! Very glad that I moved into the facility!

I truly enjoy living at Fairway Lakes Apartments! It is a charming, wooded setting with a true sense of community. The office and the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Melinda, Nicole and Christina go above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome and important. They are attentive to our needs and host many fun activities. I am happy to be a part of this community.

Wonderful move in experience. Staff very nice and welcoming. Nicole was great and understanding due to our downsizing from a house to Fairway Lakes. We had to push back our move in date several times. Throughout it all, Nicole was very understanding and in the end she gave us the perfect apartment
