Rite Aid

Customer service here is exceptional, I love the rewards and roundup for charity programs. It's small and convenient and I can easily find what Im looking for every time. and they sell my go 2 wine for super duper cheap I have noticed some of the employees have been there for a long time so they must be decent people to work for. 97% of the time they have what I need in stock. I have only ever once or twice seen holes in the shelves. There is usually only 1 person working the register but if there is customer overflow, they will immediately call for help without hesitation. If you're waiting in line for some time it's because there's a tard at the register who is completely ignorant of self awareness and wants to talk to the cashier like they give AF in that moment.

I arrived 4 minutes before closing time needing only one item (which I always hate to do but in this case I was in a crisis lol) I went straight to the register and noticed the two ladies behind the counter about to start checking out another customer with a cart full of items. I asked them if they wouldnt mind waiting for me to grab this item as I greatly needed it and they were the only store still open that had it available. Both the two employees and the customer were very understanding and allowed me to purchase my item first and had me out the door in less than a minute. This is my neighborhood Rite Aid and my favorite one by far. I wish I could have grabbed the names of these awesome ladies but I thank them so much again for their help, they saved the day!!

Overall, I have found this store to be above average in terms of both general merchandise sales and pharmacy. Pharmaceutical personnel in particular have often gone out of their way to provide support, as well as reliable services.
