Jared was incredibly courteous and quick with responses, despite his family dealing with some health issues. He found time to teach us about the kind of homes we could try to find a deal on, and once found, helped us get over 1k off the closing price, their realtor took less money, and made sure we were set on all of our inspections. Jared was with us from the first to final steps of our first time home buying and made the process almost seem too easy. Can easily recommend Jared 100 out of 100 times to anyone. The house warming gifts, moving boxes, and friendly attitude were all extra credit to the process he intiated for us to get our first home
