Worst company that I had the displeasure of ever knowing; all there really in it for is the 75$ service call fee and they tell you one thing and tell the warranty something completely different so they dont have to come and fix the problem. If I where anyone trusting someone with my home I would never come close to this company full of scams!!!!!!!!!!

Solid five stars for this company. The owner came out and not only did the work that was expected, he also noticed a problem that our home inspector missed that literally could have been fatal and took care of that too. Service: Water heater installation

Atkins went above and beyond at every step of the replacement of my water heater. They were knowledgeable, very friendly and genuinely cared about getting my hot water back on. They detected a backdraft issue that potentially saved the lives in this household and did every trouble shooting technique possible to try to fix it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and plan to use them again in the future. Service: Water heater installation

He was contacted by my home warranty to fix my sink and place it back into working order. Somehow, the guy got it in his head that all he had to do is hook up two new pipes. Took him five minutes. The sink still does not work. It's got a bad leak at the faucet. The home warranty has told him to put the sink in working order. He failed to do that. He knows he failed to do it. And he refuses to do it. Laziest people I've encountered in years!

Worst repair on toilet - ever! Placed shims under the base of toilet and did not cut them back (shims stuck out like a sore thumb). The toilet placement was unparalleled to the wall and angled when replaced back. The owner appeared knowledgeable and arrogant but his work did not match his rhetoric; very poor workmanship. We had to bring in another plumbing company to make our bathroom congruent. The other plumbing company viewed the work and asked if we did it ourself! Once we informed them that Atkins perform the service, they stated, It was a disgrace to the plumbing profession. I wish Atkins Services Inc., well in their business practice and hopefully, this review will help them in understanding that you cannot perform subpar work and expect people to give rave reviews. Your work, work ethic and services will speak volumes (especially when you do a good job) while the pen and criticism speaks even louder when you do NOT!!!
