Farmers Insurance - Adam Kaufman

When I applied for insurance on may 26 2022 I was given a quote for 140 a month for the next 5 months and the down payment was 130 which was supposed to be the first month. We discussed my prior accidents and they were even in the quote itself about 2 days later I get a "quote adjustment" for 47$ they claim they (found) more point on my license and another day later I got the next months bill already and I can clearly see it says it needs to be paid by June 12th otherwise it's canceled. I called yesterday and the du@$:):8!3ss says in other words it's not their fault ya da ya da. I'm wait for a call still a day later from management to discuss why I was "misquoted" when I know I wasn't because I only have had 2 accidents and they are saying that the 2 tickets with those accidents WENT seen I'm very furious to say the least while they are still the cheapest in my case even if those 2 are counted for a total of 189/mon it's not bad BUT THERES NO EXCUSE for any o this to slip!! Check my original quote out as you can see both accidents are infact on there and they are wanting to charge MORE  please share, Thanks I hope you have a better day then I do!!

I have had insurance for 9 years with The Adam Kaufman Agency and had nothing but great service. I too have been billed out of the norm, but nothing they did not fix in a timely manner. They work hard to do their best and because of that, my choice to stay now and in the future. I know if I needed this Agency at 3am because of something critical,Adam and his staff would be there for our family. Get larger agencies to pick up their phone at 3am.

Terrible people; terrible experience - no ethics and lack due diligenceI applied for homeowners insurance over the phone in Nov-2015, and received a call back soon after my phone conversation with an offer to cover my home, after I completed the closing process (set for mid Dec-2015).Two weeks prior to closing, I was rejected in underwriting, which should have happened when I applied! I was rejected because I had two insurance claims from years ago. I was left scrambling to find a new insurance agent (Liberty Mutual ROCKS BTW) and Farmers and specifically Adam's office have had the nerve to keep billing me for insurance I NEVER HAD and because they REJECTED me.I was told on a few different occasions when I called Adam's office that the billing would stop, but then they sent me to collections! I did not do anything wrong, I told them everything up front (even on the claims) and this is what I get... What a joke.
