I ordered a specific "happy birthday" bouquet from a 3rd party that used this company. When the recipient received the flowers, the "happy birthday" sign was missing which was the whole reason for choosing the specific bouquet. When I called the florist, the person who answered the phone was very rude, non apologetic, and had a huge attitude. She told me that they did not have the sign so they did a substitution (without asking me) for a pink ribbon. The pink ribbon obviously doesn't specify that it is a birthday bouquet. I am states away from the person I sent them to and because I can't be with them on their special day, I thought I would send some flowers. Not to mention, the flowers don't look like the picture on the website and not very fresh looking. I would never use this company again.

Received flowers from work for death of my mother. Flowers looked ok when delivered were brought inside right away ( fresh water changed, etc) but its only been three days and they are dead. There were completely open when delivered so I had a feeling they werent going to last. Its the first ever received from this florist and based on this I would not purchase or recommend

Over priced and not great display , Also charging 5.00 per stem for rose is ridiculous I will never buy another flower there or from any of their shops
