        Hiring an attorney is always difficult but Attorney Poston has been direct and fast to respond to my questions.

        I had just lost my father in October 25, 2020, and he couldn't be more useless to help us get his affairs in order. He put all the onus on us to fix his last living will and testament. He told us what to do instead of handing it himself. I'd give him 0 s if I could. If he were upfront about not being an expert in thi field, it would have been a completely different experience altogether. But he didn't even mention it, and on top of that he charged me $1200 to absolutely NOTHING, and I'm not exaggerating. He was all about the money he could take in from a grieving family. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend him for steering families grieving from loss as he will not recuse himself from any money-making scheme. He took advantage of us, and I still want my security deposit back as he did Nothing. He's a trial attorney, but he didn't disclose that when he took us on as a client. In my opinion he should be disbarred.
