They tried to scam more money out of me. On my first visit, I agreed to make payment on what I needed done, showed up for second vist, and then all of sudden I have to pay more money out of pocket.

If your looking for a new dentist, this IS the PLACE TO GO!!! The staff is WONDERFUL! They are very understanding, patient & helped me in a MAJOR EMERGENCY! I WOULD RECOMEND THE ONE IN PICKERINGTON TO ANYONE! All I have to say to them is THANK YOU!!!

Terrible service. The rooms are chipping off paint and the staff is not personable. Dont even welcome you when you come in. Genuinely feels like they only want money out of you. Mentioned over the phone when scheduling that I was switching insurances and that I wanted to know what payment was for exam. Now I am being charged $200+ and after talking to the practice manager its my fault because Im switching insurances and they couldnt have known what the exam fee was going to be. I find that really unprofessional considering I asked to be let known prior to the appointment? When I had previous work done alittle over a year ago and had my old insurance currently active I had to pay $800+ and I unknowingly paid for a brand new fancy tooth brush I didnt even want. I had no idea that was apart of what I was paying for. I was handed the box during my appointment and I was so confused.. They dont explain services until after your e see and youre left with a big bill. Im really upset and just found all of this extremely unprofessional. I will be going elsewhere & Im upset Im left with a big bill after I was trying to avoid that. I never wouldve came here knowing that upfront. I wouldve waited until my insurance was active.
