I worked with David and Bre and brought my vehicle in to address a rattling sound when starting my car in the morning. I was charged $2369.47 to repair the Timing Chain Tensioners but on the same day I picked the vehicle up, it was making the same exact noise. I called back up to the shop and was then advised multiple different reasons why the sound is still there.My main issue is the shop continued to offer only to bring the car back up there and "listen" to it. My last conversation with Bre, she sounded very frustrated as if she was annoyed that I want to bring my car back. She stated I could bring the car back but would have to pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee to address the same exact issue.I have no clue if they actually did the repairs I was charged for at this point and do not feel comfortable working with them anymore. As of 01/26/2024, I have consulted with an attorney, and I also filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.
