Best Apartments in Pickerington!! Lovely spacious Apartments, Office staff is extremely friendly, monthly residents events, and prompt maintenance response. I highly recommend this nice small apartment community!

My wife and I have lived here at Overland for about 8 months now and weve been really happy with it so far. We learned about it because our friends lived here before us and had great things to say about it. We love the pool, the charcoal grills available at the pool and new pavillion, the gym, the leasing office people, the maintenance guys, and our dogs love the dog park! The place has a great neighborhood feel to it. I feel safe and secure to walk around with my dogs at night. We love that the leasing office is regularly planning fun activities for the residents like movie nights, valentines day party, taco night, trivia night, etc. Theyre always fun! We appreciate that maintenance responds really quickly to maintenance requests and is so friendly. Any concern or question weve brought up to the leasing office theyve done their best to address and always are very professional and kind in the way they treat everyone. We would highly recommend Overland to anyone looking for a place to rent in Pickerington!

Its a Great place to live , Sweetie and office management team are great . most people here are friendly . Rent is a little high after the increase but seems to be an increase with up keep with property so thats a good thing .
