        Absolutely horrible. I placed an order for same day delivery (was given the option to select this date). it went through at 12:02 and I called to verify that it would be delivered today and the awfully rude woman who answered stated that it would not. I questioned why it allows for this on their site; she rudely said she would void my transaction and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. if same day delivery is not an option, WHY does it allow you to select this on your site????

        This is the rudest and most nasty business Ive ever been to! I went into the store to inquire about some flowers I wanted to purchase and the lady was super rude to me and walked away from me in the middle of my questions. She told me she didnt have time to answer my questions and walked away. Terrible!
