COYB is committed to teaching proper technique in the realms of ballet and modern dance. My daughter's growth as a person and a dancer is a direct reflection of the high-quality training and nurturing environment provided by COYB. The instructors are not just teachers; they are mentors who have dedicated their lives to the art of dance and the education of young dancers. Their attention to detail, understanding of body mechanics, and ability to tailor their approach to each student's needs are what set COYB apart. Beyond technique, there is a strong sense of community. My daughter has formed her closest friendships within the walls of the studio.
A highlight of our time with COYB has undoubtedly been the annual Nutcracker production at the Midland Theatre! For three consecutive years, my daughter has participated in this magical performance that teaches the dancers about discipline, collaboration, and the joy of bringing a story to life through dance. I recommend COYB for anyone considering a place for their child to learn dance, develop character, and create memories that will last a lifetime!

I danced at The Ballet Academy for fifteen years, and with COYB for eleven. The instructors at TBA are wonderful, and help facilitate growth for every dancer. COYB, on the other hand, puts on fantastic performances that I always enjoyed participating in. I highly recommend TBA as a studio, and COYB as a company, for anyone who wants to learn ballet and perform.
