If I could give 0 I would they showed up banging on my door like they were the freaking cops at 9 am demanding my roommates phone even after they agreed a few days before today that she could pay it Monday as long as she paid the late fees saying they never agreeded to that they even went back on there word at coming at a decent time maybe around 2 pm as Im a 3rd shift worker and dont get up till round that time and to top it off they were extremely rude from the get go and refused to get off the property and wait in there vehicle while we talked to the GM even though we clearly have no trespassing signs up and where we live is private property never again will I go through them and Ill be sure to let everyone I know to not go through them and to let everyone they know to not go through them either I have never and I mean never been treated like this by any of the other showplaces Ive gone through Mansfield seriously needs to have the higher up re training them on how to treat customers if this is how they behave
