Interesting place to hold a midday business social. Staff was exceptional and made the time there fun.

It seems like everyone has experienced the same thing with this Karen (Lily, the manager). The first time I met her, she pretended to be friendly, claiming she is from Lebanon, discussing various topics and showing respect. However, when I had issues with returning the purchase, she turned rude, disrespectful, and impolite. You are 100% right. Thats a real shame for SunglassHut.

Zero Star. This store, managed by an individual named Lilly (731381), has caused us significant trouble. We bought two sunglasses before Christmas, only to discover them on sale elsewhere. When we attempted to return them after two days, Lilly claimed a receipt issue, insisting it was a problem from the store's side. She directed us to another store on the west side of Columbus for the return, where we found out she is also the manager. Unfortunately, the return process failed. The following day, back at the original store, the issue persisted. Lilly instructed the staff not to respond to our calls, revealing a clear violation of the Sunglass Hut return policy. What a shame.

I bought two Oakley goggles from them. The first time, the salesman was very professional. The second time I went on October 22nd, the salesman was the worst that can exist! I bought my goggles, the other person at cashier desk was no better! The person at the desk was disrespectful. For him the phrase is, you don't bite the hand that feeds you! Terrible service. Will use other sun glass hut stores but not this one ever again!!
