Cuyahoga Recover & Automotive was not only professional and quick, but the employee, Jay, was very kind and steered us to an auto repair place that was great to work with. He made the phone calls and went over and above to provide good service. Very much appreciated!

Called to ask when the tow truck would arrive while I was stuck on the highway. When I called the man on the other end kept saying how they had called five times and refused to believe me that I had recieved no calls or voicemails from him. I even said that I believed him and instead of telling us if the truck was still on it's way or not he just said whatever good by and hung up. We had been waiting for an hour and a half for the tow truck to never show up and then had to get one from another location. This company will not inform you of when the truck leaves or try to help at all.

Don't use this towing service unless you want to be totally frustrated and ripped off ! I called this company for a tow and they quoted me $148 and said that they would be there in about 45 minutes. Well it actually took them almost two hours to arrive. The guy's name was Jason who claimed to be the owner of the company. It was obvious that Jason didn't know what he was doing because he had to reposition my vehicle three times before he could tow it to the dealership. Upon arriving the mechanic at the dealership pointed out that my vehicle wasn't properly transported because "no tow straps were used". Jason told me that it wasn't necessary, the mechanic disagreed. Jason then tried to charge me $298 saying that there was more work involved. When I told him that I didn't have that mush cash on me and that my insurance would cover it he said ok he will just bill my insurance. Not only did he over bill my insurance an extra $100 to $398 but he did $1,200 damage to my vehicle's ground effects. When I confronted Jason he of course denied everything and then stopped answering my calls. Now I am faced with the cost of hiring an attorney. A word to the wise , DON'T BE A VICTIM OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY !!!
