I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Ive had a lot of issues with dental anxiety in the past, which have been exacerbated by inconsiderate dentists. My experience from start to finish with Twin Dental was absolutely phenomenal. I contacted them via email to share my concerns and was met with empathy and compassion from the beginning, which made scheduling an appointment much less daunting. Their hours give me a lot more flexibility with my work schedule and the wait for my preferred appointment time was only a couple of days. I went in for a dental physical exam and was told over the phone an estimate for my first appointment; that transparency is so important for me as Im self-pay. After my X-rays, my hygienist discovered a tooth that would need extraction, and they were able to do my extraction at the same appointment. I have a history of attending an exam and then cancelling my follow-up due to anxiety, so their ability to do the procedure same-day was incredibly helpful. Everyone on staff was so friendly and respectful, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. They even noted in my paperwork where I shared I had a lot of anxiety about dental work and asked if there were any other ways they could help make me comfortable. Seriously just a 10/10, absolutely fantastic experience, and Im so grateful to have found a dentist I feel comfortable going back to!

My appointments start on time, and everyone is friendly at Twin Dental. They make sure I know what will happen at each appointment and send plenty of reminders about appointments. I dont ever worry about being in pain, and any dental emergencies Ive had over the years have quickly been taken care of. The raffles are fun, and the office staff is kind. Dr. Dave is the best! Im a happy patient of Twin Dental.
