I hired John Arechigo as I was facing a C Felony terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and an A misdemeanor concealed weapons charge in North Dakota. This being the 1st time I have ever been in trouble I didn't know how the outcome was going to be or how the process worked. I was facing a minimum 2 year prison sentence for the felony with a maximum of 5 years. I was also sitting in jail on a $500,000 bond. After 5 months of hearings, motions, and trial prep John got positive results for me without going to trial: 1st, John was able to get the misdemeanor concealed weapons charged dismissed by the judge. 2nd, John was able to get the felony terrorizing with a dangerous weapon charge reduced to a misdemeanor terrorizing charge with the dangerous weapon clause dropped from the charge. My punishment was 31 days time served, 329 days suspended, 1 year probation which included (24/7 program and no firearms for the 1 year) and a $2000 fine. Attorney was very rude and talked over me when trying to get consult. Making that call was hard. I can't imagine paying what I was quoted for that level of service.

Ive always looked at reviews before I decided to make a decision about whatever it was that I was doing.
